What you will do

You will ensure that RFID tag solutions perform reliably and efficiently in real-world retail applications. By planning and executing validation tests, analyzing RF performance and supporting new product development initiatives, you will help bring innovative RFID technologies from concept to successful deployment. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers, you will contribute to the development, optimization and continuous improvement of RFID products within our Innovation Center.

How you will do it

· Conduct RF performance measurements,



characterization and benchmarking of RFID tags and related technologies.
· Simulate and evaluate RFID use cases across distribution centers and retail stores, including receiving, shipping, inventory counting, self-checkout and loss prevention applications.
· Assess RFID tag performance on different materials, merchandise categories, tag placements and orientations to identify optimal implementation strategies.
· Test and validate RFID printer and encoder compatibility, processability and operational reliability.
· Plan, execute and document laboratory and field test campaigns, ensuring accurate data collection and professional reporting of results.
· Analyze test data using statistical tools to identify trends, performance improvements and root causes of technical issues.
