Overview

We are looking for a Senior B2B Digital & Data Manager to work with a leading company on B2B digital marketing and engagement strategy, with a special focus on CRM. The role requires a senior profile combining B2B digital strategy, CRM, customer data and analytics, with the ability to transform customer information into actionable engagement, personalisation and activation strategies.

Responsibilities

B2B Digital Marketing & Engagement Strategy





• Define and evolve the end-to-end B2B digital marketing and engagement strategy for veterinary professionals, focusing on CRM.

• Develop customer journeys, lifecycle frameworks, personalisation principles and contact strategies.

• Identify engagement opportunities across digital touchpoints, marketing and business communications.

• Ensure engagement initiatives support commercial objectives and customer needs.

Customer & Data Strategy

• Translate fragmented customer data into actionable insights, segmentation and next-best-action opportunities.

• Identify data gaps and recommend actions to improve customer understanding and activation readiness.

• Define data requirements for Digital, CRM and activation use cases.

• Align customer data strategy with engagement goals and technology capabilities.

• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, and identify optimisation opportunities.
