Minimum qualifications:

• Proven ability to work with data sets and translate investigative insights into clear, actionable marketing strategies and experiments.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, lead, and execute scalable, measurable marketing activations across the user life-cycle to drive adoption and repeated engagement with the Gemini app in EMEA.
• Own and continuously optimize key growth metrics, conversion rates, and the end-to-end user journey, identifying and removing friction points.
• Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests and experiments (messaging, channel, in-product) to identify the strategies. Translate user behavior, product usage, and past performance data into actionable insights for regional and country-specific growth opportunities.
• Contribute to EMEA Gemini marketing strategy by developing and executing Go-to-market plans for new features and product launches, ensuring maximum awareness and adoption among goal segments.
