As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a full-time Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager (post-sale) working remotely from Spain. We already partner with several market leaders in this market. To support our growing customer base, we’re adding a second Customer Success Manager for the Spanish market, focussing primarily on the mid-market segment. You will be the first point of contact for your portfolio and play a key role in helping these customers achieve success with Virtuagym. Our head office is situated in the center of Amsterdam and while we foster getting together to exchange ideas and energy, we are a remote-friendly company. This is a full time and remote position from Spain where you will be working for our integral teams.

What the role looks like
As our Customer Success Manager - Spain & Iberia, you will own and develop relationships with a portfolio focused primarily on mid-market fitness businesses operating 5 to 50 locations.

Your goal is simple: help your customers get maximum value from Virtuagym and build partnerships that last.
You’ll guide customers through onboarding and implementation, support them as they expand Virtuagym across multiple locations and continuously look for opportunities to
