Be the creative force behind how Webfleet engages our customers

Webfleet needs a Customer Base Marketer to be the content and creative strategist of our dedicated Customer Base Marketing (CBM) squad.

As our Customer Base Marketer, you will strategize, create, own and use customer focused content, to support and build a dedicated customer campaign machine that inspires, engages and educates customers at every stage of their journey.

Webfleet makes advanced fleet management easy. This applies both to the market-leading solutions we provide and the way we communicate and serve our customers. This role is a key element in that promise, making sure every message our customers get from us is engaging, fresh, relevant to their needs, aligned with our business strategy, and delivered via the right channel at the right time to trigger positive action.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the voice of Webfleet for customers. Own CBM content, from strategy and messaging to creative execution, grounded in our brand positioning

• Drive the squad’s creative engine. Work with the customer comms owner,



upsell strategists and project managers, setting the content and creative strategy behind every customer campaign

• Build our customer education strategy. Shape content across the customer lifecycle, building on strong foundations already in place

• Lead our customer education hub. Create the online home for courses, milestones, usage tracking and customer content

• Own onboarding and in-platform messaging. Bring all customer communication together into one coherent, on-brand story

• Push what content can be. Use AI and the latest tools to create new types of content, not just automate existing ones, and make a small team and budget go further
