Santander is seeking a Regional Director for Commercial Clients, based out of London. You will work with the Head of Commercial Clients to shape business strategy and drive growth across the region. You will recruit, lead and develop Relationship Directors and Managers, manage key client relationships and oversee credit submissions while embedding a high-performance customer service culture.
