Overview
In this role you will lead the modernization of OPSWAT's marketing operations, partnering with the AI engineer to design and ship internal tools and automations. You'll own the marketing engine, ensure data integrity, and drive faster, smarter demand-to-pipeline conversion. You'll teach and enable the team to adopt AI-enabled workflows at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role with measurable impact on growth and governance.
Responsabilidades
Own HubSpot administration: architecture, workflows, lifecycle stages, integrations, scoring models, nurturing and reporting
Manage full-stack integrations (HubSpot, SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Sequel.io, SugarCRM; Salesforce experience accepted)
Lead routing, lifecycle nurtures, campaign execution with reliable data delivery
Own martech budget, vendor relationships, and build-vs-buy-vs-automate decisions
Partner with AI engineer to design and ship internal marketing tools and AI-assisted workflows
Platform health: monitoring, alerting, change management, release cadences




Translate business requirements into technical configurations and enhancements; maintain GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance
Lead management and pipeline: capture, enrichment, deduplication, scoring, routing, and SLA monitoring from first touch to opportunity
Funnel performance: growth experiments, performance analysis, and actionable optimization recommendations
Lead AI adoption: pilot AI features, reduce manual tasks, document playbooks
Turn data into direction: dashboards and executive reporting with a single source of truth
Requisitos principales 7–10+ years of B2B marketing operations experience
Deep HubSpot admin expertise with complex workflows, APIs, lifecycle architecture, scoring, reporting
Experience with sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce accepted; SugarCRM a plus)
Hands-on ABM and intent platforms experience (6sense strongly preferred)
Experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo or equiv
