Overview In this role you will lead the schedule development lifecycle across one or more projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with quality standards. You will work with the project management team to produce owner and contractor schedules, monitor performance, and provide actionable reporting. The position involves frequent site visits, driving continuous improvement, and building a scalable approach to project controls.

critical paths, variance) for stakeholders Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules Perform scenario analysis on schedules Support project progress on-site and foster relationships Promote continuous improvement and scalable solutions within the team Requisitos principales Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline Strong knowledge of PMO and project controls with a focus on scheduling and risk management Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Acumen Fuse and Power Bi experience is a plus EVM (Earned Value Management) competence Fluent in Spanish and English Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving Interest in building a global team and developing employees communication attention to detail problem-solving Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Acumen Fuse
