B2 B Strategy & Business Development Define and execute the B2 B commercial strategy across student and flex living assets. Identify, target, and close partnerships with key accounts (corporates, universities, relocation agencies, etc.). Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value B2 B opportunities. Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their accommodation needs. Revenue & Performance Drive occupancy and revenue growth through B2 B channels. Monitor performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.



Ensure alignment with overall commercial targets and asset strategy. Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 B2 B sales profiles. Set clear targets and ensure performance tracking. Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with B2 C sales, marketing, and operations teams. Align B2 B initiatives with leasing strategy and asset priorities. Share market insights and client feedback to improve positioning and offering. Process & Tools Implement structured sales processes and pipeline management. Ensure proper use of CRM tools (e.g. Yardi or similar).
