Overview
As Managing Partner in Spain, you will build and lead a local ISG business within a integral HR consulting group. You'll drive business development, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery across Executive Search, Search & Selection, HR consulting, and related services. You will shape the market presence, leverage ISG's international network, and deliver tailored HR solutions for senior executives and organisations. Your entrepreneurial mindset will fuel growth, revenue, and long-term partnerships, with a focus on client impact and professional integrity. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, multinational context.

Responsabilidades Identify opportunities and manage full sales cycle in the Spanish market




Build and maintain a network of senior executives, HR Directors and key decision-makers
Understand client challenges and tailor ISG solutions (consultative selling)
Lead and deliver Executive Search, recruitment and HR consulting projects
Oversee commercial development and successful project delivery (360 consulting)
Represent ISG in the Spanish market with professionalism, integrity and trust
Participate in events, networking and Group initiatives to boost market presence
Requisitos principales strong commercial mindset
experience in HR Consulting, Executive Search, Recruitment or related field
