Responsabilidades Collaborate with multiple teams to understand workflows and translate needs into technical solutions
Design, prototype, and build internal tools or MVPs to optimize processes and customer experience
Develop and automate services,



integrate with APIs, and work with SQL
Identify opportunities, pitch and test ideas quickly based on user feedback
Work in a hybrid, autonomous environment that encourages experimentation and learning
Requisitos principales Foundation in backend or fullstack development
Experience with Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or Ruby
Frontend familiarity with React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular
Technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
Curiosity, initiative, and ability to work independently
Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Willingness to fail fast and iterate
Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and SQL
Fluent in Spanish and English
