Overview In this role you partner with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success and prove the value of Deel’s platform.

You translate complex client needs into scalable, compliant solutions across the sales process from discovery to implementation.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to unblock technical questions and accelerate deal velocity.

This is a hands-on technical and consultative role in a fast-moving, globally distributed company.

and integration workshops * Translate requirements into design and implementation recommendations with clear scope and success criteria * Partner with Product/Engineering/Operations to advocate for customer needs and accelerate deals * Drive process and asset improvements to scale value communication * Develop and maintain technical enablement assets (demos, frameworks, reference architectures) * Support marketing and partnerships initiatives (webinars, events, content) * Stay informed on tech trends, integration patterns, and security/compliance expectations Requisitos principales * Minimum 4 years of experience as Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales or equivalent * Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market/enterprise) including discovery, demos, security reviews, integrations * Strong understanding of SaaS delivery and common integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance systems) * Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR and business leaders * Willingness to travel ~10% or less * Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; multilingual capability is a bonus * Entrepreneurial, positive, collaborative and able to thrive in a startup environment * presentation and storytelling * collaboration and teamwork * customer-centric communication * APIs * SSO/SAML * HRIS/ERP integrations
