Overview In this role you will advance SAP HCM and ECP implementations for Nordic payroll processes in an international, innovative setting.

You will work with cross-border clients and fellow consultants to transform HR and payroll operations using SAP solutions.

You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle and support go-lives, delivering measurable value.

This is an opportunity to deepen expertise in Nordics payroll, grow within a global SAP practice, and contribute to complex HR transformations.

implementation, and post-go-live support * Work with experienced consultants to deliver SAP HCM and ECP projects for Nordics payroll * Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure successful delivery Requisitos principales * Experience with Nordics Payroll (minimum 5 years) * Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Professional proficiency in English * Nice to have: SAP Success
