Overview
In this role you will drive the lifecycle of Openbanks insurance products, ensuring fast time-to-market and rigorous governance across markets. You will coordinate product approvals, define policies, and oversee regulatory alignment to deliver compelling, compliant offerings. You will analyze product economics, challenge pricing with partners, and support tender processes to expand distribution. You'll work with cross-functional teams and insurance partners to enable scalable, customer-centric solutions that support Openbank's mission.

Responsabilidades Ensure rapid time-to-market for new products and changes with solid internal and partner processes
Coordinate product approval and launch across markets
Define policies, procedures, and minimum standards considering customer needs, market practices and regulations




Lead Product Oversight Governance and maintain lifecycle evidence
Ensure product offers and distribution align with local regulation and anticipate regulatory changes
Ensure proper product delivery by insurers, scrutinizing pricing, value, profitability, and features
Conduct deep economics analyses for Openbank as a distributor
Support tender processes, partner selection and negotiations for new products or partners
Requisitos principales 6+ years of actuarial experience in insurance product management or related environments
Experience coordinating across countries or multi-country roles, with influence without formal authority (preferred)
University degree in business, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, engineering, or law
Insurance Mediation certificate level 1 or 2 or commitment to obtain within 12 months
Fluent English and Spanish (other European languages are a plus)
