Overview
As Integral Commercialization Manager, you will drive consistent launch success for Agilent CrossLab Group products, leading end-to-end go-to-market for new and existing portfolios. You'll manage multiple launches, ensure alignment with market needs, and enable cross-functional teams to drive growth. You will shape commercialization strategy, governance, and KPIs while partnering with product management, marketing, sales, and enablement. This role offers a chance to impact global product introductions and optimize the commercialization playbook.

Responsabilidades Develop and implement commercialization plans for new life science products aligned with company goals
Lead multiple launch projects with timely execution per the commercialization playbook
Drive governance to standardize processes across ACG
Coordinate commercialization milestone meetings to secure pricing and forecast commitments




Hold cross-functional teams accountable to the planning process and launch timelines
Train Product Managers on go-to-market processes and provide consultation
Align PM, marketing, field sales, and enablement for successful NPI launches and ramp to volume
Partner with Solution unit teams to craft content and insights for new product introductions
Establish KPIs, analyze launch performance, and drive data-driven improvements
Contribute to Launch Excellence CoE and improve the commercialization playbook
Requisitos principales Proven project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Experience working in cross-functional teams across geographies
Analytical mindset with data interpretation for strategic decisions
Familiarity with life sciences industry requirements and standards
Bachelor's or Master's degree; 8+ years in related areas (Product Marketing, Sales Channel, Commercial Marketing, or cross-functional leadership)
