Overview
In this role you will advance SAP HCM and ECP implementations for Nordic payroll processes in an international, innovative setting. You will work with cross-border clients and fellow consultants to transform HR and payroll operations using SAP solutions. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle and support go-lives, delivering measurable value. This is an opportunity to deepen expertise in Nordics payroll, grow within a integral SAP practice, and contribute to complex HR transformations.

Responsabilidades Collaborate with international clients to optimize HR and payroll processes via SAP solutions
Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing,



implementation, and post-go-live support
Work with experienced consultants to deliver SAP HCM and ECP projects for Nordics payroll
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure successful delivery
Requisitos principales Experience with Nordics Payroll (minimum 5 years)
Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Professional proficiency in English
