Overview In this role you will support and evolve Oracle Fusion Cloud for an international industrial company during a key transformation.

You will bridge business needs with technology, assist in the Oracle implementation, and sustain operations in the Enterprise Applications team post-live.

You work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure reliable system performance and continuous improvement.

The opportunity combines project involvement with long-term ownership in a general, home-based setting.

Responsabilidades * Investigate, analyse and resolve incidents and requests across enterprise applications * Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address incidents promptly * Manage escalations and drive issues to resolution * Adhere to SLAs while understanding priorities and urgency * Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance,



stability and user experience * Translate business requirements into effective solutions with stakeholders * Support Oracle implementation and enhancement projects with functional expertise * Maintain Oracle Fusion security roles and Data Access Sets * Create and maintain support documentation for service delivery Requisitos principales * At least 2 years in an Applications Support Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role with end-user interaction * At least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (or 1 year Fusion Cloud + Oracle EBS experience) * Experience across multiple Oracle modules (implementation, consulting, or support) * Professional proficiency in English and Spanish * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements * Autonomy, ownership and accountability * Results-driven with commitment to high-quality service * Nice to have: BI Publisher, SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) * Experience with Procurement (PO), Order Management (OM), Manufacturing modules would be valuable * Customer-focused mindset * Strong communication skills * Proactive and initiative-taking * Oracle Fusion Cloud * Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience as a plus * BI Publisher (nice to have)
