Overview In this role you will own and evolve global Assisted Channels capabilities, translating business needs into scalable product solutions. You will align with country programs and collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, and Marketing to balance global roadmap with local needs. You'll write functional definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and drive backlog prioritization and adoption in deployments.
You'll maintain clear documentation and support cross-country rollout while shaping a customer-centric, risk-aware digital banking platform.
