Overview In this role, you drive the development and validation of materials and processes for aerospace applications, with a focus on Low Observability materials. You will build and run a dedicated laboratory and pre-prototyping area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance M&P; projects. You'll lead test planning, failure analysis, and supplier qualifications, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Oversee building operations post-completion: maintenance, equipment calibration, area upkeep, and safety compliance. Support R&D; for composites, metals, surface treatments,



paints, sealants, and elastomeric technologies; prepare test samples. Represent the team in project meetings and lead testing development activities for Low Observability materials. Define test plans for R&T;, design, and development of new technologies and materials. Perform future failure analysis within the assigned scope.
Provide technical support to services, CML, and industrial environment. Requisitos principales Minimum 5 years in materials and processes with hands-on laboratory experience. Experience in laboratory/pre-prototyping area management is desirable. Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, services, and CML; deep knowledge of REACH. Experience in material technology development and in developing new materials/processes with suppliers. Understanding of material requirements for Airbus standards and quality standards.
