Responsabilidades Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns
Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calls to decision-makers
Qualify prospects and map their needs to cloud solutions
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts
Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce




Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline and conversion targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey
Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly
Requisitos principales C2 level German
C1 level English
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solution selling
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Understanding of the DACH market, including business culture and practices
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
