Job Description
Define and execute the commercial, marketing and specification strategy across domestic and international markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and profitable growth targets. Lead market intelligence, customer segmentation, pricing discipline and channel development initiatives to identify new opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning. Develop and manage demand generation programmes, brand strategy, digital marketing activities and product launch initiatives to maximise market visibility and customer engagement.




Lead and coordinate end-to-end commercial operations, ensuring effective collaboration between sales, marketing, product and specification teams to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts, distributors, architects, engineering firms, developers and other influential market stakeholders.
Direct multicultural commercial, marketing and specification teams, establishing clear objectives, developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture with full accountability for results. Monitor business performance through robust KPI frameworks, forecasting processes, budget management and continuous improvement actions to deliver revenue, margin and profitability objectives.
