Regional Renewal Rep | Remote (Barcelona) | Contract until end of January We're looking for a Regional Renewal Rep to join a global software company on a short-term contract, working remotely from Barcelona through the end of January 2027.

What you'll do * Support customers through the full purchasing process, including order entry, subscriptions and renewals * Process orders, prepare correspondence and make sure customer requests are handled accurately and on time * Work with customers, partners and internal teams on pre-sales and post-sales queries * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Log customer interactions and keep the status of open service requests up to date What you'll bring * Experience in customer service, order processing,



renewals or a similar role * Familiarity with standard customer service practices and procedures * Comfortable following set processes and guidelines with a high level of accuracy * Clear communication skills and a customer-first attitude * High school diploma or equivalent The details * Contract: immediate start, until end of January 2027 * Fluent English, Nordic languares would be great but not a requirement * Location: remote, based in Barcelona * Client: general leader in design and engineering software #LI-TO1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
