Overview In this AI Value Architect role for LASER, you own the Day-2 value, adoption and expansion lifecycle for strategic Private Cloud AI customers.

You act as a trusted technical advisor, turning onboarding outcomes into broader internal adoption and measurable business impact.

You blend enterprise AI and GenAI credibility with commercial judgment to unlock next steps in customers’ AI journeys.

You will work with cross-functional teams globally, driving adoption, expansion, and a scalable playbook.

Compensaciones / Beneficios * Health & wellbeing benefits * Personal & professional development programs * Inclusive culture and flexibility Responsabilidades * Own Day-2 value, adoption and expansion for a portfolio of strategic Private Cloud AI customers * Identify and shape new AI/GenAI use cases to broaden production adoption * Provide architecture guidance across inference, RAG, AI agents, model serving, data pipelines, observability, governance and security * Evangelize Private Cloud AI by enabling champions and sharing roadmap updates * Establish quarterly adoption/roadmap reviews with stakeholders and cross-functional teams * Lead regular onsite engagements and travel within LASER; maintain account plans and value hypotheses * Identify expansion opportunities and run workshops to clarify priorities and capabilities * Build a global playbook with workshops, templates,

Code * Production AI solutions using Python, Linux, containers, Kubernetes, Helm, APIs, IAM and storage * Knowledge of data engineering and ML platforms like Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, model serving and observability * Working knowledge of GPUs, power cooling and networking * Ability to reason end-to-end from customer outcomes through architecture, security and scale * Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise technologies or HPE Private Cloud AI (preferred) * Customer-facing technical sales/advisory background (e.g., AI Solutions Architect, Value Architect) * Ability to translate AI tech into business value and facilitate workshops with stakeholders * Strong program/ account management skills and concise executive communication * Excellent English; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus * Willingness to travel frequently for onsite engagements * Collaborative and low-ego * Strong commercial curiosity and judgment * Executive-level communication * LLM inference and GenAI architectures * RAG, vector databases, AI agents, model endpoints * LLMOps/MLOps
