Overview

In this role you lead the preparation and coordination of competitive bids for transmission projects, ensuring alignment with formal and strategic requirements. You’ll manage cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate technical, financial, and legal content, while controlling schedule and budget. You act as the liaison with contracting authorities, handling inquiries and presentations. This position supports both national and international PPP transmission initiatives, offering meaningful impact in sustainable infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

Plan and manage the bid plan with clear schedules, responsibilities, and deliverables Coordinate technical, O&M;, environmental, social, land, financial, legal,



and ESG content for bids Review tender docs and create compliance checklists to meet formal/technical requirements Establish and manage partnerships with external parties and contractors Control bid preparation budget and authorize extraordinary expenses Supervise RFIs/Q&A; with contracting authorities and consolidate responses Validate key technical, social, land, environmental and financial sections against bid strategy Coordinate presentations and defenses before contracting authorities and train speakers Identify and mitigate tender risks (requirements changes, competition, deadlines) Participate in post-tender evaluations to capture lessons learned

Requisitos principales

Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration education Between 10 and 20 years of experience in managing concession or infrastructure tenders Knowledge of public procurement processes Experience in transmission development, bid structuring, and tender budget control Languages: English C1 Skills: team coordination, project management, executive communication Public procurement processes Transmission development Bid structuring Tender budget control
