Responsabilidades

Lead IT projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to closure Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies,



and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors for successful execution Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to management and governance bodies Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance processes, and policies Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making Monitor project financials and support benefits realization

Requisitos principales

5+ years of IT project management in complex environments Fluent Spanish and good English Proven experience managing scope, budget, risks, timelines, and stakeholders Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments leadership communication negotiation project management stakeholder management risk management
