Overview

As Associate Director Global Medical Affairs, you will shape medical strategy for a biologic dermatology product, aligning with Global Brand and local teams. You’ll lead global medical insights, field medical enablement, and external expert engagement to translate science into actions. You’ll partner across Medical Excellence, R&D;, commercial, and regulatory to ensure impactful evidence generation and cross-functional execution. This role offers strategic influence at a global scale and opportunities to advance dermatology therapies.

Responsabilidades

Define and execute the general field medical and external engagement strategy in collaboration with Senior Director and Medical Excellence Co-develop and implement the Global Medical Affairs plan; review local medical affairs plans; lead global medical advisory boards Own global medical insights framework including collection, synthesis, and action translation Define field medical enablement strategy with MSL materials, guidance, and readiness priorities Co-define medical training strategy for field medical teams with Medical Excellence Develop strategic engagement plans for global experts and medical societies aligned with scientific priorities Coordinate with regional and country medical teams to ensure consistent execution with local needs Co-own insight-to-action processes with strategy/planning and Medical Excellence Ensure alignment with commercial, market access, R&D; represent Global Medical Affairs in cross-functional meetings Participate in global brand team activities; contribute medical affairs input to integral brand strategy and tactics Contribute to global evidence generation plans, including phase IV and IIS studies Lead global medical engagement strategy identifying key dermatology experts and aligning to strategic needs Co-lead general medical education strategy; identify educational needs and deliver trainings Support local medical affairs and MSL excellence by upskilling affiliates and fostering a global medical community Proactively engage with affiliates to improve knowledge gaps and skills

Requisitos principales

MD (preferred) or Degree in Science Knowledge in Medical Dermatology; experience with advanced systemics for Atopic Dermatitis is a plus 5+ years managing global medical strategy for assigned products Experience in launching global/EU products in medical dermatology; launched at least one biologic in last 5-6 years Experience leading cross-functional teams Experience in Global mid/large-size pharma business Leadership Cross-functional collaboration External stakeholder management Medical Dermatology expertise Atopic Dermatitis domain knowledge General medical affairs strategy
