experimentation with next-generation talent acquisition technology, and continuous learning within the team Требования 15+ Years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5+ years in people management roles Deep specialisation in Talent Acquisition for technical roles within technology companies Ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy, with commercial acumen, market intelligence, AI-driven sourcing platforms, and workforce insights across EMEA Success building and executing data-driven, multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI tools for candidate discovery, nurturing, and pipeline creation Strong metrics ownership and operational discipline, including defining success measures, using talent analytics, tracking outcomes, and driving improvement through data and automation Experience leading quarterly planning cycles with goal setting, tracking, and closure Track record as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, influencing talent decisions with evidence-based recommendations and predictive talent analytics People leadership skills, including inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing, digitally fluent teams Growth mindset, openness to feedback, curiosity about AI technologies, and willingness to challenge traditional approaches Comfortable contributing to strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, including modern talent acquisition technology, innovation, and change agility at scale Strong collaboration skills, ability to co-create solutions across functions, adapt to emerging needs, and work effectively in a matrixed environment Условия The role is based in Spain or Serbia Hybrid arrangements require onsite work at least 3 days per week in locations where the workplace policy applies, including Belgrade and Barcelona.
