Overview In this role you drive efficient R&D; operations by coordinating multi-project planning and resource allocation across SHIS and SBV. You partner with department heads and global leads to align requirements, maintain daily scheduling, and implement Lean improvements. You will adapt or build tools to support work, ensure regulatory compliance (c GMP), and report on processes to upper management. including pilot plant inputs Maintain the Scheduling System daily to support R&D; operations Prepare process reports for upper management and propose efficiency improvements Identify and drive Lean improvements within R&D; processes Adapt existing tools and develop new ones to support the described work Perform other duties within the scope of Synthon R&D;, as necessary Know, comply with and enforce c GMP, labor, risk prevention, environment and social responsibility regulations Requisitos principales Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field Master’s Degree in the Pharmaceutical Industry (essential) English proficiency At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical R&D; Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills with a results orientation Ability to manage priorities, resources and multiple projects Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills Proactive problem-solving, teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement excellent communication stakeholder management influencing skills project management in R&D; Lean methodologies resource and schedule planning
