Overview

In this role you lead digital projects from concept to go-live, serving as the primary client contact and aligning UX, development, and consulting. You will drive project outcomes within an international agency context, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and profitability. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and streamline processes. This position offers a chance to shape digital experiences for clients while working in a flexible, agile environment with global exposure.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end project delivery across the lifecycle Act as the main client contact and trusted advisor Plan and manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and resources across multiple projects Facilitate briefs, status meetings, and alignment workshops Support UX, development, and consulting with structured planning and clear requirements Monitor quality,



efficiency, and delivery standards throughout execution Support pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities Continuously improve workflows, briefing structures, templates, and processes

Requisitos principales

Several years of project management experience in an agency or service-provider Experience with DXP and CMS projects using Magnolia, Optimizely, FirstSpirit, Sitecore or Storyblok Proficiency with Jira and Confluence Strong communication and facilitation skills in German and English Experience bridging business and tech teams to create shared understanding Knowledge of digital experience platforms, content, UX/design and modern digital ecosystems Ideally PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar PM qualifications strong communicator facilitator cross-functional collaboration Jira Confluence Magnolia
