Experteer Overview As Head of Communications, you will own Multiverse’s external narrative across the US and Europe, shaping how the world understands our quantum and AI solutions. You will lead in-house media relations, crisis communications, and executive positioning to elevate brand visibility. You’ll build a robust PR capability, reduce dependence on agencies, and ensure consistent messaging across product launches and partnerships. This role combines strategic storytelling with hands-on influence, in a fast-growing, inclusive, ethics-driven environment. Your work will directly impact reputation, investor interest, and market perception of our cutting-edge technology.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Own journalist and media relationships across top-tier tech and business press in US and Europe • Pitch and place stories directly with reporters, maximizing earned media for products, funding, partnerships, and leadership • Serve as primary contact for media inquiries with efficient response processes • Maintain a living map of media contacts, calendars, and opportunities by region • Transition core PR activities in-house and define use of external partners as specialists • Develop scalable processes for press releases, media outreach, coverage tracking, and crisis response • Drive executive visibility through interviews, by-lines,



and speaking engagements • Prepare executives for media interactions with briefings and messaging discipline • Create a calendar of high-impact media and industry events for leadership visibility • Write and edit releases, statements, op-eds, and announcements to high editorial standards • Translate quantum and AI concepts into accessible narratives for business audiences • Ensure consistency of external communications with product launches and milestones • Align communications strategy with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Commercial teams • Own crisis and issues management communications and report on media impact to leadership

Responsabilidades • Established direct relationships with US/European technology and business media • Proven track record securing high-impact earned media via direct outreach • Significant experience in AI, enterprise software, deep tech, or complex B2B communications • Exceptional English writing and editorial skills; publication-ready content independently • Experience reducing external agency dependency by building in-house PR capability • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global, multicultural scale-up • Desirable: experience with US market media and crisis communications
