Experteer Overview In this role, you shape the player experience for Rainbow Six Siege from Ubisoft Barcelona. You will design intuitive and scalable UX that supports both new and veteran players, collaborating with design, UI art, engineering, data analytics, and production teams. You’ll translate complex systems into clear interactions and drive UX consistency across the Siege ecosystem. Your work combines research, usability feedback, and design leadership to improve accessibility and engagement. This is an opportunity to influence a major live-service title within a creative, cross-functional studio.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Define end-to-end user journeys for the game areas owned by Barcelona studio • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, information architectures, and interaction models • Collaborate with Game Design, UI Art, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Production teams to deliver high-quality player experiences • Advocate for player needs and usability throughout the development process • Translate complex systems into clear and intuitive interactions • Leverage player research, analytics, usability testing, and community feedback to identify opportunities and inform design decisions • Contribute to and evolve UX guidelines, design systems,



and best practices across the Siege ecosystem • Mentor junior and mid-level UX designers, providing feedback and design leadership • Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels

Responsabilidades • 6+ years of professional UX design experience, within the gaming industry • Experience designing in-game UX, including interaction design, player feedback systems, HUD/UI elements, communication systems, onboarding, tutorials, and gameplay mechanics support • Proven experience designing complex digital products, live-service games, or multiplayer experiences • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and measurable impact • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance player needs, business goals, and technical constraints
