Compensaciones / Beneficios • Own the functional vision and roadmap for Assigned Assisted Channels capabilities and align with global product strategy • Collaborate with country programs to identify reusable global capabilities and assess local vs global opportunities • Translate business needs into functional definitions, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria for IT teams • Coordinate with technical teams, support backlog prioritization, release planning and stakeholder management • Define usable operational use cases across branch servicing, enterprise customer management, omnichannel interactions, campaigns, onboarding, requests, complaints and customer view • Support functional alignment with other product areas (Container, Customer View, Interaction Manager,



Commercial Tools, Servicing, Security, Integrations, Data and Analytics) • Support rollout and adoption during country deployments ensuring proper understanding of global capabilities • Maintain functional documentation in Confluence and Jira with traceability between demand, backlog items and delivery status

Responsabilidades • Branch banking operations knowledge (front-office, teller processes, queue management, authentication) • Experience with enterprise clients / SME / Corporate Banking servicing and onboarding • Campaigns management experience across contact centers, branches and remote teams • Understanding of omnichannel operations, contact center tools (Genesys Cloud, MS Dynamics), and customer interaction journeys • Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional Analysis, or digital banking and Assisted Channels • Experience translating requirements into user stories, product backlogs, and functional specs • Strong Agile experience with business, operations, and technology teams
