About the Role: As a CBRE Client Consulting Director, you will be a key contributor to the development and growth of our Strategic Consulting practice in Barcelona, as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients on the fields of Real Estate investments, RE Operating Models, Change Management & Corporate Culture, as well as ESG strategies and implementation, across all the asset types and investment structures. Our Strategic Consulting Teamiscomposedbyfullydedicatedconsultants,allcomingfromreputable consulting firms and with focus on three main pillars: Investment Strategy: Support Real Estate investors taking investment related decisions (investment strategysupportonnewmarkets, asset types and niches, integratedduediligences (Financial, Commercial, Technical and ESG DD),monetizationplans,strategic plans, highest and best use projects, asset repositioning…) Corporate Strategy: Support Corporations operatinginallsectorsexceptpurerealestatesolvetheirincreasingly complex real estate and people issues (footprint optimization, new build feasibility programs, facility management operating model design, cost optimization plans…) ESG: Supportalltypeof clientswithrealestaterelated ESGsolutions(Sustainability strategy definition,



decarbonizationplans, LEED& BREEAM certifications, environmental due diligence, mobility studies, non-financial reporting…) What you´ll do Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of consultants, you will set the vision and ambition of the unit in terms of business generation , offering , and go-to-market strategy . You will be key to develop alliances and collaboration models with the rest of the organization, locally and internationally, and other potential alliances with potential third-party collaborators and organizations. You will have also to assess the current team structure and the future needs to achieve your vision and ambition, in terms of skill set, capabilities, experience and the type of services, with a clear hiring strategy to develop the internal capabilities.
