Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration for Deel’s clients, ensuring accurate data transfer and proper system configuration. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide clients through setup and migration, while providing ongoing support and training. You help ensure a seamless go-live and accurate payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions. This position offers the opportunity to shape global payroll delivery at a fast-growing SaaS company and work with cross-functional teams on transformational projects.

Responsabilidades

- Project setup with onboarding and kickoff
- Client and project management across streams
- Define and configure payroll processes and calendars
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- System setup, interfaces, and parallel/live payroll for initial months
- Go-live sign-off and client-specific process documentation
- Report generation for payroll data analysis and reconciliation
- Act as main client point of contact for payroll matters
- Autonomous role with regular status reporting to leadership




- End-to-end implementation leadership for global payroll systems
- Gather client requirements with HR/Finance stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems
- Develop and execute testing plans
- Implement change management strategies
- Schedule and run weekly client calls
- Handle scope, risks, and dependencies
- Lead multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Coordinate client onboarding for technical payroll aspects
- Maintain alignment with company goals and standards

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across designated location
- Experience with payroll systems and software
- Client-facing project management experience with multiple projects
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
