e3 Systems is looking for a dynamic, creative and digitally minded Marketing Coordinator to join our growing international team in Mallorca.
e3 Systems specialises in providing Communications and IT services for large yachts. You will be joining a specialist business at the heart of the integral superyacht industry, working with some of the world's most sophisticated yachts and customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a university degree and a few years’ relevant experience who enjoys working across digital marketing, content, social media, website development and event planning.
Based on your understanding of e3 Systems’ strategic plan and our specific annual growth plans, you will help develop and implement an e3 Systems marketing plan that delivers relevant and impactful campaigns, leveraging our website, social media, email marketing, advertising, industry events and international boat shows.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Website
Maintain, update and improve the company website, including content, images and new pages.
Work with website developers and suppliers on design, functionality and user experience.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
Develop AI search visibility / GEO / AEO strategies, ensuring e3 Systems and its services are well represented in AI-powered search and answer platforms.
Monitor website analytics, search performance and digital marketing results.
Content & Creative
Create engaging marketing content for the website, social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations and advertising.
Produce and edit images, graphics and other visual content using appropriate design tools.
Develop creative campaigns that communicate e3 Systems’ technology, services and industry expertise.
Ensure consistent use of the e3 Systems brand across all communications.
Social Media
Manage the company’s social media channels and content calendar.
Write, design and schedule regular posts,



including project updates, product launches, company news, events and industry content.
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow the company’s online presence.
CRM, Email & Advertising
Manage newsletters and targeted email campaigns.
Maintain and develop CRM contact databases and mailing lists, ensuring data is accurate and properly managed.
Support lead-generation campaigns and follow-up marketing activity.
Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
Produce staff newsletters.
Events & Boat Shows
Support the planning and organisation of major industry events and international boat shows.
Coordinate stand design, graphics, promotional materials, invitations and pre- and post-event marketing.
Work closely with the sales team to maximise marketing and lead-generation opportunities from events.
Candidate Profile
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
2–5 years’ relevant marketing experience, ideally with a strong digital marketing component.
Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Experience managing websites and content management systems.
Good understanding of SEO, Google analytics/search tools and digital marketing.
Interest and practical experience in AI tools, generative AI and AI search optimisation.
Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling.
Good visual sense and experience using graphic/design tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar.
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing and newsletters.
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative, energetic and commercially aware, with the confidence to bring new ideas to the business.
Experience in the superyacht, telecommunications and/or technology sectors would be an advantage.
