Задачи

- Define end-to-end user journeys for game areas owned by the Barcelona studio
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, information architectures, and interaction models
- Collaborate with Game Design, UI Art, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Production teams to deliver high-quality player experiences
- Advocate for player needs and usability throughout developmentTranslate complex systems into clear and intuitive interactions
- Use player research, analytics, usability testing, and community feedback to identify opportunities and inform design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve UX guidelines, design systems, and best practices across the Siege ecosystem
- Mentor junior and mid-level UX designers, providing feedback and design leadership
- Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels

Требования

- 6+ Years of professional UX design experience in the gaming industry
- Experience designing in-game UX, including interaction design, player feedback systems,



HUD/UI elements, communication systems, onboarding, tutorials, and gameplay mechanics support
- Proven experience designing complex digital products, live-service games, or multiplayer experiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end UX design process and measurable impact
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance player needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Будет плюсом: experience working on AAA games, competitive multiplayer titles, or live-service products; passion for tactical shooters and a deep understanding of Rainbow Six Siege and its player community; knowledge of player behavior, progression systems, social features, and retention mechanics
