Applus+ IDIADA, a integral automotive engineering leader, seeks an IT Service Desk Technician to provide first- and second-line support across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, handle incidents and service requests, and maintain documentation in line with ITSM processes.

The role requires at least 1 year in IT service desk or desktop support, excellent English communication, and basic Linux knowledge. ITIL Foundation is desirable.
