Good Life Foods is seeking a Plant Manager to lead two manufacturing sites in Parets del Vallés and Balsareny. The role focuses on safety, quality, service and cost through strong coordination of cross-site management teams. The idóneo candidate has 5–10 years in manufacturing or operations, proven plant leadership, experience with growth or scale-up initiatives, and a minimum C1 English level. Availability to travel roughly twice a month is required.
