As Run Manager at SET Iberia, you ensure stability and efficiency of IT services for our international partners, bridging business needs with technical delivery. You manage incidents, demands, and security compliance to sustain high service levels for global customers. You lead cross-functional coordination, deliver post-incident analyses, and keep stakeholders informed through regular updates. This role offers an opportunity to influence IT operations at scale within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor and triage incidents, prioritizing resolutions and escalating when needed to minimize business impact
• Lead root-cause analysis and deliver post-incident reports to prevent recurrence
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage evolution demands, budgets and requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for pricing parameter configurations and system updates
• Act as Security Champion, overseeing IT risks, vulnerabilities,



and compliance standards
• Maintain transparent communication with partners via daily updates and monthly performance reports

• Fluency in English (B2+)
