As Senior Account Manager for the ROW market, you drive value for enterprise clients through strategic upselling, renewal protection, and trusted advisory support. You’ll nurture long-term relationships, coordinate with Sales, Product and Support teams, and lead account plans to expand footprint with existing customers. This role sits in a fast-growing, international environment where your ownership mindset and customer-first approach shape success. You’ll act as the main client contact, translating feedback into concrete improvements and new offerings.

Responsabilidades
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients in ROW, outlining personalized upsell plans
- Provide after-sales support, cross-selling, upselling and churn management to sustain long-term relationships




- Develop top-quality relationships with enterprise customers through proactive communication and improvement plans
- Keep customer data up to date and generate tracking reports on account status
- Respond promptly to client inquiries with tailored feedback
- Promote new products/services and explain new functionalities to existing customers
- Serve as main liaison with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to relay feedback
- Work with CRM tools to manage and report on portfolio performance
