Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead automation and modernization of our software delivery pipeline in a regulated healthcare environment. You will migrate CI/CD workflows to GitHub Actions, automate Azure provisioning with Terraform, and implement secure gates with Snyk, SonarQube, and Fossa. You will also modernize observability by adopting OpenTelemetry and centralized monitoring. This role collaborates across teams to improve reliability, security, and compliance while supporting hospital-focused IT infrastructure.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Migrate and evolve CI/CD workflows from Jenkins/Bitbucket to GitHub Actions standards
• Automate Azure provisioning using Terraform for scalable, declarative environments
• Implement automated security gates (Snyk, SonarQube, Fossa)




• Advance observability by adopting OpenTelemetry and integrating logs into central SIEM/Azure Monitor
• Maintain legacy Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during encapsulation phases

Responsabilidades
• Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, VNETs)
• Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Transitioning Atlassian stacks to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion with full lifecycle traceability
• Terraform for multi-tenant and hospital-specific isolation
• Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services support
• PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation
