As an Additive Manufacturing Business Officer in Rota, you drive cross-border collaboration between the U.S. Navy, the Spanish Armada, and industry partners to advance AM capabilities for mission readiness. You will shape strategic relationships, coordinate multi-stakeholder efforts, and push forward NAVSEA AM initiatives in a forward-deployed setting. You help translate technology into production and operational improvements while balancing international partnerships and program coordination. This role offers meaningful impact at the intersection of advanced manufacturing and global collaboration.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Spanish military and manufacturing partners
• Coordinate with Spanish Armada to set business rules and prioritize AM efforts
• Identify opportunities to apply AM to improve production and operations
• Lead and support FDRMC participation in NAVSEA AM working groups
• Facilitate cross-NAVSEA sharing of best practices and innovations in AM
• Support development and tracking of AM product/ service metrics and payment structures
• Coordinate Acquisition Cross Service Agreement (ACSA) requirements with Spanish Armada
• Provide cross-functional coordination across engineering, logistics, contracting, and international partners
• Support continuous improvement of AM-related processes, procedures, and product development efforts
Responsabilidades
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of five years interfacing with Spanish contractors or organizations
• Experience in business operations, program coordination, or international partnership engagement
• Familiarity with additive or advanced manufacturing concepts
• Strong cross-cultural communication and international business practices
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across government, military, and industry environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
