Overview

You will provide advanced technical support for Cross Domain products in high-security environments, working with security administrators and engineering teams to resolve incidents and improve solutions. You’ll deploy and maintain internal/demo platforms, and contribute to technical documentation and procedures. You’ll gather customer needs and relay improvement ideas to the product team, helping to shape secure, reliable deployments. Responsabilidades
- Analyze and resolve incidents in high-security systems
- Provide technical guidance to deployment, commissioning, and upgrade teams




- Deploy and maintain internal platforms and demo environments
- Contribute to technical documentation and operating procedures
- Collect customer needs and propose product improvements

Requisitos principales
- Experience in communications infrastructure, perimeter security, or cybersecurity
- B2 level English
- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, application protocols, firewalls, switches, routers, traffic analysis
- Windows and Linux knowledge
- Virtualization administration and maintenance
- Security knowledge: cybersecurity, perimeter security, PKI
- Familiarity with ENS and CCN-STIC is a plus
- Ability to write and maintain technical documentation
