We’re hiring an enterprise sales closer to own and scale the Spanish market for a fast-moving HR tech platform. This is a role for someone already selling HR tech into large, complex organisations — and who can step in and perform immediately. Q4 is a major growth window, so ramp time matters.
The role
You’ll run full-cycle enterprise sales: identify target accounts, open doors into HR/People teams and senior stakeholders, run high-quality discovery, deliver sharp demos, manage the process, and close. You’ll be expected to bring structure, pace, and a real point of view on how to win in this market.
What you’ll be doing
Build and execute an enterprise new-business plan for Spain (with a clear target list and outreach cadence)
Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close (including multi-stakeholder alignment)




Lead demos and commercial conversations with confident, consultative selling
Lead and negotiate deals with C-level stakeholders (CEO/CFO/COO/CHRO), navigating multi-threaded decision processes
Keep pipeline disciplined and forecastable using HubSpot (or similar CRM discipline)
Work closely with SDR support to convert activity into qualified opportunities
Use multi-channel prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email sequences, referrals/intro routes) to create pipeline fast
What we’re looking for (non-negotiables)
Proven enterprise sales experience selling HR tech (you’ve sold into HR/People functions before)
