Senior Software Engineer – AI Training Projects
Adaptable Hours | $30–$150/hr equivalent, with specialist projects paying more
We are recruiting experienced Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to support large-scale AI training projects.
No previous AI experience is required. The work is focused on real software engineering problems including:
Implementing new features
Refactoring codebases
Performance optimisation
Reviewing and validating code
Creating challenging coding tasks and reference solutions
Working across existing and unfamiliar repositories

You should have strong commercial software engineering experience, good knowledge of algorithms and data structures,



and confidence working on complex technical problems.
Experience in backend development, full-stack engineering, system design, automated testing, code review or cybersecurity would be highly relevant.
