Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT programmes across Vodafone’s Group Functions and Local Markets. You will coordinate multi-workstream initiatives spanning Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Testing, Deployment, Security and Operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes. You’ll translate business strategy into executable tech solutions and oversee the transition to Business-as-Usual operations. You work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to drive impact at scale. and Digital platforms * Act as primary IT interface for Group Functions, Local Markets, vendors and System Integrators * Manage third-party partners against delivery commitments, SLAs and quality outcomes * Own test readiness, planning, defect resolution and business sign-off; ensure release management and CAB approvals * Coordinate data migration, data integration and cutover planning * Ensure knowledge transfer and handover into support teams; establish runbooks and SLAs * Lead matrix teams across internal tech groups, offshore delivery centres, and partners Requisitos principales * Strong IT programme and delivery management experience in large enterprise environments * Proven track record delivering complex multi-country transformation programmes * Experience managing System Integrators and global vendors * Strong understanding of full SDLC / Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies * Expertise across Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Security, Testing, Deployment and Operations * Experience within telecoms, ERP, finance transformation, CRM, billing or digital transformation * Strong commercial awareness including budgets, forecasting and vendor management * Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills * Ability to lead in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments * stakeholder management * executive communication * collaboration * SAP / S4HANA / ERP / RISE * CRM / Collections / Devices platforms * Billing systems
