Overview As a Technical Account Manager at Autodesk, you enable large enterprise clients to maximize product value and achieve measurable outcomes. You will serve as a technical liaison within the Proactive Support group, guiding customers through adoption and governance at scale. You’ll address critical issues, provide data-driven recommendations, and drive improvements across cloud and desktop Autodesk applications. and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop apps * Deliver coaching sessions from the customer success plan to boost adoption * Conduct proactive customer engagement through regular support case reviews and align technical insights with objectives * Manage key event efforts such as major upgrades * Engage strategically to provide insights and technical health governance Requisitos principales * Bachelors degree in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering * Minimum 5 years experience with Autodesk AECO products (notably Revit) and cloud services (Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma) for large enterprises * Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments * Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange * Experience delivering presentations * Ability to manage multiple projects with clear prioritization * Fluency in French, Spanish and English; additional European languages a plus * Strong communication * Relationship-building at all levels * Initiative and self-motivation * Autodesk Revit * Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma * Autodesk Navisworks
