Overview In this role you keep Marfeel’s on-premise infrastructure running smoothly as part of the SysOps team. You’ll support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and automation while providing on-call coverage to ensure 24/7 availability. You’ll learn from senior engineers and grow across automation, databases, and infrastructure. This position offers a hands-on path to strengthen our systems and contribute to a scalable, reliable platform for global publishers. Compensaciones / Incentivos * Remote/hybrid/office work options * Flexible hours * Subsidized health insurance * Wellhub health/wellness plan * Language classes * Training platforms Responsabilidades * Maintain and enhance Ansible playbooks and automation, writing new playbooks as needed * Monitor and support confident operation of database clusters (MongoDB, ClickHouse, KeyDB, MySQL, and others)



under guidance * Utilize monitoring tools to assess health and performance and collaborate to resolve issues * Provide operational support to developers for CI/CD processes and troubleshoot infrastructure problems * Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations (one week on, one week off) to ensure availability Requisitos principales * At least 1 year of experience in a technical operations, infrastructure, or systems role * Some exposure to infrastructure automation, preferably Ansible * Ability to write basic scripts in Bash or Python * Familiar with Git and an interest in CI/CD and deployment tooling * Solution-oriented with a willingness to tackle technical challenges * Curious about open-source and committed to continuous learning * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English * International team player * Collaborative mindset * Strong problem-solving attitude * Clear communicator across technical and non- technical audiences * Ansible automation * Bash or Python scripting * Git version control
