You will provide frontline support for AlephPay users, assist with onboarding, and manage day-to-day product inquiries.
In this role you will handle chatbot-to-human hand-offs, escalate complex cases to internal teams or financial partners, and see each case through xcskxlj to resolution under the supervision of the Customer Service & Success Team Lead.
