Our Culture
We are a team of 120 people in a dynamic, collaborative environment where every idea counts. We are inclusive by design, committed to diversity, equity and inclusion, and serious about real work-life balance. Above all, we work by five cultural principles:
- Ownership:We own our commitments, decisions, results and impact.
- Trust:We create safety to speak openly, ask for help and share context.
- Respect:We listen, prepare for the meeting, stay present and communicate with respect.
- Give & receive feedback:We say things early, directly and constructively --- and we welcome feedback, adjusting our actions and behaviour in response.

- Play / Fail / Learn:We experiment, learn fast, pivot when needed and celebrate the learnings.
